环境优美，位置极佳。走两步路出去，往下是商业街，往上是钟楼。 通往山顶的路很幽静，如果想避开人流，格拉茨非常值得一去。
酒店距离Graz Hbf火车站不是说明上写的580米，而是2.2公里，步行需30分钟。不过酒店位置不错，旧城半山腰上有点坡度但没压力。酒店通道直通市政公园非常便捷漂亮。房间打扫规定下午3点或以后，很少遇见这样的服务。因为上午外出，下午正好休息，晚上再观夜景，所以对我来说就意味着没有服务。也就我人在房间当着面快速卫生间换毛巾、收垃圾袋给一瓶水结束。至于网速嘛，这样说吧，属于聊胜于无的这种。酒店wifi要打开房间门开条缝或者干脆人在过道里会满格快一点，4G嘛需要开窗会强一点（可非常冷又开不了窗）。或许是我房间位置原因，但对我来说就是这样。总之，胜在位置好，其它也就这样了……
房间又好又干净，相当宽敞，两个人住足够了。美中不足的是，早餐需要额外支付每人20多欧元，这一点没有明确告知（我们拒绝了）。另外，迷你吧里的东西也不是免费的（我本来就有点怀疑，所以没动任何东西，但商品上没有标价，所以如果有人以为是免费的，我一点也不怪他们）。
很棒的酒店，员工也很友善，但服务方面还需多加注意，特别是每天补充咖啡和饮用水。我们第二天问了好几次，他们说好，但却没有采取任何行动。
酒店地理位置优越，离老城很近。步行5-10分钟即可到达所有地方。酒店干净、安静，早餐种类丰富。旁边还有一个大公园。服务也很友好。
