Excellent stay. Comfortable room, bedding and accommodations. Buffet style breakfast was good. Free laundry, nice pool and outdoor area. Quiet environment. Guest services very professional.

We liked having the extra room the suite provided and having the kitchenette came in handy when Houston shut down due to a rare winter storm for a day and a half. We liked the fire pit area and grilling area. The pool looked nice too. The free breakfast was enjoyable and 3 nights a week there was a social hour with a light meal. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is currently 8:15 PM and I am infuriated by response and treatment by front desk receptionist I will be fighting a complaint with ******* and hotel management as soon as I can get a hold of somebody.
