Great place to stay. The location is great (we were visiting Buffalo Trace), the staff was awesome and the hotel is clean.

We came for a trip down the bourbon trail. This was extremely convenient for the 3 we visited-Buffalo trace, four roses, and woodford reserve. It was right off the highway as well. The only thing I wish we’d known is the housekeeping/linen schedule/request. We got it ironed out though.

Window blinds were broken. Shower soaps were empty and never refilled. Pool looked dirty and bathroom door was rusty. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

What a great property! We had the best stay. Excellent staff, amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean. Very quiet, a lot of people in the lobby during check in but heard nothing all night! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great deal and a great stay!!

Very nice hotel…will stay again
Was not impressed with the gentleman checking us in but there was a very nice lady who kept the pool open an extra 15 minutes so our granddaughter s could swim. The hotel was beautiful.

这是我们在法兰克福最喜欢的酒店。但自从我们上次来之后，它就变得没那么好了。我们房间的马桶盖坏了，水龙头需要修理，卫生间的通风口也坏了。外面的家具也破旧不堪。我希望他们能改进一下维护，因为除此之外，这里还是个很棒的住处。（除了我们进门时闻到的那种扑鼻的清洁剂味——希望他们也能改一下。）
经过一整天的旅行，终于需要下车休息了，最终还是决定住在这里。
我到达前几个小时打电话询问房间是否还有空余，工作人员说他们还有一间房，价格是408美元。然后我直接查看了网站，发现价格是248美元。最终我选择了*****，因为他们的价格最低，不知道为什么我会被加价。
停车位非常有限，因为当晚的车位已经售罄，我带着拖车旅行，询问是否有其他停车位或可以停车的区域。他们基本上告诉我，要么把车停在酒店的停车场，要么去隔壁的酒店问问是否可以在他们的停车场停车，但如果停车出现任何问题，我都要承担责任。如果他们说不行，那我基本上就没运气了。在旅行了一整天之后听到这样的消息真是令人沮丧。
进了房间，发现墙上的恒温器坏了，无法使用，淋浴/浴缸的排水管也坏了，直接掉在浴缸底部。经过一整天的旅行，这完全不是我期待的房间，也完全没有感受到欢迎的氛围。
房间非常干净、安静、舒适。唯一的问题是电动汽车充电器总是断线。我不得不请前台帮忙检查一下。本来希望一夜之间能充满电，但只充到了55%。
