Terrible service. Terrible staff. Got ZERO of the VIP perks from *******. They would not honor any of the credits at all. Check in time was delayed 2 hours past the guaranteed room ready. We had a dirty room when we finally got one. Staff was disgustingly rude about the credit use and basically said they don’t honor ******* perks. Room had leftover food in it. Transport to excursions didn’t show up on time. It was an absolute nightmare. I have been to 3-4 different resorts in Punta Cana and this is by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and choose any other place.

Clean rooms, great service, food was 7/10. The level is 1000x worth it. Only.down side is getting bugged on the beach. It seemed relentless some days but the hotel was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have asked for!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, especially considering the high price for just one night. When you’re paying that much to stay away from home, you expect something special — but it was far from that.
Food options were extremely limited. As a VIP member on *******, you’re supposed to receive certain benefits, yet none were honored. The hotel advertises spa credits, but apparently you must stay a minimum of five nights to qualify — something that’s NOT stated anywhere beforehand.
I was attending a wedding elsewhere and had to get ready in a common restroom because my room wasn’t ready on time. On top of that, the drinks at the bar were low quality, and the bartender genuinely thought grenadine was an alcoholic ingredient… seriously?
Overall, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly upset about wasting so much money for a single night that didn’t deliver on even the basics. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
