This place was pet-friendly, which was very important to me & my wife. The staff was friendly & helpful, going above & beyond to help us! HIGHLY recommended property!

The room is dirty rust is everywhere … roaches are very terrible … sheets are dirty… the mattress has dents … room stinks … stains on the toilet seat … do NOT pay for this room

Room was adicate clean and spacious the only problem was the bed it wasn't very comfortable the stiffness of it cause some back discomfort

我是一名卡车司机，我的卡车在休斯顿抛锚了，不幸的是，我没有其他交通工具，否则我会住在其他地方。办公室那位女士很抱歉，我不知道她的名字，她非常粗鲁，我不得不在这里住了将近两周，每次我们不得不延长时间，她的态度都非常令人不快，不会再住在这里了。
糟糕的经历，不会再住这里了。这次入住是因为卡车抛锚了。我是一名卡车司机，我的卡车在休斯顿抛锚了。服务很好，但负责办公室的那位女士，抱歉，我记不清她的名字了，态度很差，很不礼貌，不幸的是，我当时没有交通工具，而且资金有限，所以没法离开，只能另找住处，不会再住这里了。
我和家人在这里住了大约一个多星期。工作人员非常乐于助人，热情好客。客房服务每天都有，而且非常热情。我很喜欢这里的干净，也很喜欢喷泉。以后再来这附近我还会再来的。
体验糟透了。房间里满是蟑螂和臭虫，到处弥漫着烟味。卫生状况极差，安全问题严重——绝对不会推荐给任何人。
淋浴间和厕所里有头发……有蟑螂……床单磨损严重
