Room was clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The staff were professional and courteous. The only reason I gave this a "good" review, rather than excellent was the continental breakfast. Eggs were not great, bacon was overcooked, and the gravy for biscuits was gross. Was more like a gravy for dinner, rather than breakfast. The orange juice was more like orange water.

Usually like staying here but room above us was super loud and stomping on the flore like a marching band. Called to complain but nothing happened. Told the front desk in the morning and she just shrugged and safe not the hotels problem..... Guess you don't like repeat customers then. I won't be back if that's your idea of hospitality.

The morning front desk response is not our idea of hospitality and we will address this with our team. 酒店的位置和客房都还不错，但因为酒店内部原因，我们等了大约45分钟才办理入住。入住时间是下午3点，但他们说需要确认房间是否打扫好，结果一直到3点45分过后才开始办理入住，让很多客人都等了很久，这真的让人很失望。
根据*******上的信息，入住截止时间为午夜12点，但我可以在午夜后入住。如果我打电话，他们似乎可以安排午夜后接机（我是在机场打的）。设施很干净，但是Wi-Fi不可用（退房当天可以使用）。淋浴不是手持式的，但我在美国住过的其他酒店都是这样的，所以也许手持式淋浴只是偶尔有而已。免费早餐包括一些热食，比如火腿和炒鸡蛋。其他食物包括贝果、华夫饼和酸奶。我觉得免费的早餐已经足够了。虽然没有免费的饮用水，但前台随时提供柠檬水和免费咖啡还是不错的。酒店周围离机场很近，但那里真的没什么便利设施。
