The entire experience was excellent! The young lady at the front desk on 8/23/25 (around 12:30–1:00 PM) was outstanding. I arrived earlier than expected, and she kindly provided me with an early check-in. She was also very patient and understanding when I called for help with directions after I got a little turned around. Her professionalism and kindness truly made my stay even better. Thank you for the wonderful service!

We visit this area quite often. The hotel is not far from the hotel where we would normally stay. Check-In was bit of a drag, however they apologized and we were able to leave our belongings with them to go and get lunch. The lady that checked us in had unpacked our things off the trolley into our room once we returned. The area is full of any and everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. Although they didn’t have breakfast available the rooms have mini kitchens which is always a plus when you’re traveling with family. I would stay here again!

Everything was great except I had a lot of mold in my air conditioner unit. You visibly could see it on the outside and in the vent. I did let the front desk know twice but no one came to my room to take care of it. I had turn the air conditioner off the entire time because I did not want to breathe it in. So it was but warm but the hotel was full so I couldn't switch rooms. Otherwise a great stay. Staff was friendly, a nice mini market with reasonable prices, clean, and easy check in and check out! I would stay again but without the mold.

It’s one of the best hotels we’ve been to in several years. All around 5 stars for us.
需要准备更多干净的毛巾/浴巾。不得不等着洗衣服。其中一个垃圾桶里还有垃圾，不得不找人清空。结账时沟通很差。被告知可以现金支付，但不能。钱被从我的账户里扣除了，这笔钱也算进去了。大多数员工都很友好！
房间很棒，但我们要求的是无障碍客房，但到达后发现没有无障碍客房。据说我们通过*******提交的请求没有到达酒店。我拿到了打印的确认信息，上面写着我们确实要求的是无障碍客房。
客房服务人员尽职尽责，但进入任何房间前都应该先敲门。有些前台小姐很专业。如果能更好地清洁床单，那就太贵了。
如果再次需要在这个地区找酒店……我不会再去其他地方了。
