Bed were absolutely awful. I’ve had back surgery and almost couldn’t walk the next day after staying here.

Hotel clerk was very nice when checking in. The beds are absolutely awful! Probably one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept on. The room wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped for.

The room was clean and loved that we could log into our Netflix for our kiddo to watch his shows! Staff was very friendly at check in! We've stayed here a couple of times and have enjoyed it!

Check is was supposed to be touch free on the app. When I arrived and tried the Hilton app said I had to visit the front desk. I waited in line for 10 minutes and then told that they had to collect parking fees and a hold on my card. I already have a card on the Hilton app and approved for a hold. I was then give two hard keys and told my app would work now. Rest of stay was good as far as room. If they require hard keys they shouldnt advertise touch free.

Property colors were cold and sterile not warm and inviting. Booked through ******* who said no additional charges. Received a bill for $31.96 from Property for parking when checking out. Ridiculous and consumer fraud!!

Person checking us in was less than enthused about her job. Was very impersonal and rude. Mattress and pillows were terrible! Stains on the pillow cases and comforter. For what we paid this was all very disappointing!!

The room was small but nice, no microwave, but a small refrigerator. The free breakfast was great and the good coffee always available. The staff were all very nice.

Room filled with Box Elder bugs. Although harmless and fall is that time of year for them try sleeping with bugs crawling on you. Was not willing to move us to another room only offered to vacuum the room but bugs were back within an hour. Refused to refund us so we could go to another hotel. No upgrade in rooms. Nothing offered but so sorry.
