I had a great experience with Avondale House staff. Very friendly, helpful, I expected to have a good experience but they definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be looking at booking in next time Im looking for a break away, Many thanks, from Robert

Great parking and plenty lighting,.room lovely and private bathroomn loo across landing was perfectly clean and again lighting across on sensors so easy. Room nice....very soft bed and wonderful nights sleep..... lovely clean and bright room...if I was being picky the reading light was wrong position n too bright....but all good...Nice and warm....yes we were able to open the window ...bit warm for country bumpkin....paid extra for the breakfast which was well worth it and beautifully presented....

Sue welcomed us warmly when we arrived and showed us to our room. We had coffee with lovely ginger biscuits and the room was great. Bed very comfortable, and toasty and warm which was needed as we came in from the rain. We were given lovely recommendations for things to do including a little walk to the Ruthven barracks, which was an excellent suggestion. Thanks for a great stay!

Very reasonably priced and comfortable
What a lovely place. Very hospitable. Comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend. They recommended taking a quick drive to the Ruthven Barracks. Beautiful countryside

Only issue was having a lovely, claw foot tub in the bedroom. Would have been great with a romantic partner, not a friend.

Property was dated, with dusty surfaces in room and a bathroom in need of a refurb.
On a positive note the bed was very comfortable with fresh sheets and towels provided regularly.
We did not use the hotel restaurant as breakfast food choices and an eating time had to be made the night before which we were not prepared to do.
