Also they are not cancelling the room to get my refund

It'd totally disappointing situation when i entered the hotel room as they showed me 2 rooms but both are so dirty and not clean and full of hair, not at all cleaned the room. The heater was not working, the bathroom was totally not hygienic. Thanks

Well maintained properties & staffs are very polite & pleasing manner. Breakfast served from good hotel. Clean & tidy rooms with cupboards. Good & pleasing manners of staff, clean & tidy rooms with cupboards

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel staff was cooperative in every aspect and allowed me to modify the date of the hotel booking when by mistake i booked the hotel twice.

No hygiene, sells double room as triple room
congested room, lock not working, geyser not there, unclean bedsheets, un maintained room. Worst thing if you book, be ready to sleep on floor.
