Upon arrival the front desk staff was super welcoming, and offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. The hotel is in a great/safe neighborhood, with lots of shopping and dining near by. The hotel is super clean, and recently updated. The pool is very nice and clean. The breakfast area has lots of seating and food options.

Some days there was little to eat because they wouldn't make scrambled eggs, and I couldn't eat what was offered (I am gluten free and dairy free).

One of the front desk clerks attempted to authorize my card on file 6 different times for a total of 1012.64$ causing my card to be declined my duration of my stay to which no staff took accountability for this act of “pre authorizations “ the manager was UNAVAILABLE to resolve nor did not take the time to get back to me
Very disgusted with the lack of accountability given for such careless behavior causing much inconvenience to me for my stay in Columbus

Clean hotel with friendly staff and free breakfast
We had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival the hotel smelled clean and the lobby area was warm and inviting. The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and it was perfect for what our family was looking for. It sometimes can be nerve wracking looking for a clean and safe place to stay with children, but this hotel was great. The location had plenty of restaurants and entertainment was not far. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return when coming back to the area.

Overall wonderful stay. Only issue we had was the heating and cooling system in our room smelled like someone sprayed fart spray in it.
