今天孩子和爸爸刚刚回到中国，我发我评论以后的第二天，他们酒店的人（6-7个工作人员）就带着我发的评论的内容（打印出来了）把我儿子和先生围堵在大厅，让他们把评论删除，否则就要怎么样他们了，这个酒店太可怕了。同胞们谨慎入住，携程网要好好测评一下，这样的酒店是不是有必要再签约了！这太可怕了！
我们度过了一个美好的假期。海滨位置绝佳。可惜的是，我们抵达当天房间没有打扫。不过，清洁团队第二天就弥补了这一点，特意为我们的小宝宝在床上加装了床护栏。虽然已是淡季，但每个人都非常细心周到。特别要表扬一下莫里茨，他在组织体育活动和与孩子们互动方面都做得非常出色。食物也很丰盛，每个人都吃得很饱。

这是一家漂亮、干净、适合家庭入住的酒店，拥有自己的海滩。从机场到酒店大约需要 20 分钟。员工彬彬有礼、能力出众，而且大多能说多种语言。遗憾的是，第二周清洁阿姨的服务不如往常；咖啡胶囊和卫生纸都没有补充，但清洁工作一直一尘不染。食物还可以，份量充足。主泳池不定期提供娱乐活动，但酒店内也有更安静的角落。儿童泳池有很多带遮阳伞的躺椅；无论什么时间，我们都不用找很久。我们只在另外两个泳池游泳，所以我们无法评论躺椅的可用性。酒店大楼外有购物场所，步行即可到达。这里有很多适合儿童的项目；遗憾的是游乐场没有遮阳，因此只能在晚上使用。强烈推荐酒店对面的 ISLA 酒馆；包含一次体验，可在前台预订。酒店还提供免费的拍照服务；您只需为您选择的照片付费。我们强烈推荐这家服务，因为他们真的投入了大量精力，竭尽全力让您满意。
夏天的时候，我们一家人在这里住了两周。这是一家非常棒的家庭酒店，正如其名，它就是一家家庭酒店！如果您想在假期享受宁静，建议您预订一家仅限成人入住的酒店。酒店员工非常友好热情。最棒的是娱乐团队；我们希望他们明年还能回来。餐厅和食物都很棒，菜品种类丰富，总有一款适合您，而且厨师们每天都努力打造多样化的菜单。不得不说，主楼的房间看起来有点小，但说实话，房间就是用来睡觉的，仅此而已。度假村本身设计精美。泳池面积适中，即使在高峰期也依然很宽敞。带酒吧的泳池一直是我们的最爱。唯一的小瑕疵是主泳池的瓷砖破损了，导致部分泳池区域被封闭。酒店周围有很多商店和一个小型购物区。我们感觉非常舒适。当然，酒店离机场近既是好事也是坏事。短暂的转机也意味着会听到一些飞机噪音，但我们并不觉得烦人，而且晚上房间很安静。酒店拥有非常漂亮的沙滩，附近还有一个港口，步行即可到达。傍晚时分尤其迷人。
刚从Marina酒店回来，十月份在那里住了15天，这已经是第三次了。一切都完美无瑕；前台、餐厅以及整个酒店团队都随时待命，确保客人满意。酒店非常干净，食物美味可口，选择丰富。感谢你们为我们打造了如此美好的假期。我们还会再来的！
