After a rough start because of very dirty mattress on the pull out couch, Hercules quickly switched our room and everything was fine from there. He was quick to react and we appreciated that!

The people above me kept me up all night due to the hard wood / laminate flooring.
Got poor sleep as a result and it was so not cool.

虽然Shashauna接待我们办理入住时态度很好，但我们入住的第一间房却不尽如人意。床单看起来像是用过的，皱巴巴的，好像有人刚起床就把被子铺平了。我们被安排到第二间房，但感觉还是不对劲。枕套和床单依然皱巴巴的。酒店退还了房费，我们就离开了。
糟糕的无障碍客房
无障碍客房。一点也不好。步入式淋浴间很普通。我叫了淋浴椅，但椅子的橡胶脚缺了一条腿。
我不喜欢每个房间的设施都要额外收20美元。我不喜欢门那么重。我不喜欢听到有人说咖啡壶没问题，我上班用不了，而且不干净。
我们最初入住的房间没有打扫，衣服也留在了房间里。
地方不错。我不明白为什么它能打4.9分。干净整洁，设施齐全。
酒店和员工都很棒。只是厕所需要再高一点。
