虽然这里有一些技术问题（重置房间的Chromecast也无法使其工作，手机配对也不行/洗碗机噪音大得惊人/淋浴水压也只是勉强够用），但轻松舒适的氛围足以弥补这些不足。Holly和其他员工让你感觉就像在拜访家人一样（但又不是那种过于亲密的家人）——就像表亲那样，感觉很棒。所以我感到很受欢迎，房间和床都很舒适，把他们的三个棉花糖枕头叠起来可以给我提供足够的头部支撑，泳池和健身房也足够满足短期住宿的需求。厨房设施刚好能满足基本烹饪，但你所需的一切都有，大冰箱也很棒。专门为狗狗设置的区域维护得很好，所有的步道都定期清理积雪。就自助早餐而言，我觉得比一般的要好，选择虽然不多但搭配得很好，可以满足各种口味，而且不是那种常见的干巴巴、反复加热的自助餐食物。

In all my years of travel, I have never stayed at a hotel with such amazing, friendly, & helpful staff! I hope they all get a bonus or raise because they all deserve it!

Dissatisfied

Though our check-in was nice with Shashauna, our first room was not up to standard. The bed linens looked used & wrinkled as if someone just woke up and straightened the covers. We were assigned a second room and it just didn’t feel right again. The pillowcase and sheets still appeared wrinkled. We were refunded our money and we left.
