This is not really a hotel, but more of an emergency homeless shelter? They are housing people in the back part of the hotel. It felt unsafe. There is a weird list of rules at check in. The list looked like something you’d need at a halfway house, not a hotel. The man at the desk was nice, and he was honest when I asked about the housing situation. There are no elevators, so not handicap accessible.

Staff, quiet, not very helpful. Horrible air quality in mitel. Old, dated, smelly. Very, very sketchy area. Didnt even stay through the first night. Booked elsewhere by 10 pm. Never again. Made me physically sick

There are two areas of this hotel. One area is behind the main building down a hill. This building is separate from the main building where I stayed. The main building where i stayed seems to be reserved only for travelers booking nights, whereas the second building has permanent tenants. The building with permanent tenants and the area around that building is not well maintained like the main building. Regardless, I would absolutely stay here again. The property I stayed in was very clean and well maintained.

We had a perfectly fine stay here and the staff were very accommodating - not sure why others have rated this place as unsafe. We needed to check in late after the front desk closed at 8 pm, but called ahead and the staff had no issues keeping it open for us. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the art on the walls that gave a sense of the region's history. We also highly recommend getting breakfast at the Chocolate Moose just down the street - great coffee, sandwiches, and atmosphere!

Enjoyed my stay here. The room hasn't what I was expecting, it looked different than the photos online. It was still comfortable though, especially since I was just passing through. Easy access off the freeway too.

The staff was nice enough, but the place is in dire need of an update, unless “The Shining, Part 2” is the aesthetic they’re going for.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. First off none and I mean NONE of the pictures listed on ******* are pics of this hotel. Extremely misleading. This is a very outdated hotel with absolutely NO AMENITIES!!! They refuse house keeping services to stay overs. Refuse to let you allow to change rooms even though one of my rooms has serious plumbing issues. One of the rooms did NOT even have towels when we checked in. Staff was NOT happy about having to give us towels, was clothes and a bath mat. ***** and/or beard hairs were found all over the floor and sink. No clean towels are allowed if you’re staying multiple days. The expect you to use the same towel your entire stay. The will NOT give any extra supplies for your room.

They really need to paint it is startingvto look bad like a slum motel.. In my opinion painting would make this place at least 85 percent better and also make it look so much cleaner ...
