We booked a 3-night stay but ended up checking out early due to several issues. The breakfast was disappointing, and the pool had such a strong bleach smell that my whole family ended up feeling sick afterward.
I also needed one additional bath towel since our double-bed room only had four. On the morning of Wednesday, November 26th, I asked a housekeeper who was working in room 415 for an extra towel, and she refused because my room “wasn’t on her board.” I was honestly shocked by her response—something so simple shouldn’t be an issue for guests.
On a positive note, the location is excellent. We really enjoyed the oceanfront view and the surrounding area. With better service and attention to guest comfort, this stay could have been much better.

The room was clean, but I found some blood (a spec) on the toilet paper. I threw it away and got a new roll.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Complementary breakfast was great, plenty options for everyone. The pool seemed spacious, however, absolutely freezing prior to booking I thought it was inside, it is not as all the sides were open. We did not get to enjoy it. The hotel located within walking distance to great restaurants, arcades, ice cream places, so that was a huge plus. Valet parking is pricey, however, there was plenty of street parking in November which was free. Overall this was a great hotel for us.

Beautiful beach view from our balcony and super easy access to the beach! The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was amazing—so friendly and on top of everything. The valet guys were my favorite! Just really nice, down-to-earth guys who opened doors and were total gentlemen. The whole bottom floor is all pools, hot tubs, and water slides, which was honestly the best part. We had such a great stay and will definitely be back!

The indoor water park area was freezing cold. So cold we couldn't enjoy it. The water park is why we booked this hotel. Highly disappointed. We had to cancel. We did get a full refund. So we were grateful for that. But the time and energy that went into the trip was wasted.

这是我家小宝贝的第一个春假，也是第一次度假，多亏了酒店提供的各种设施，我简直是“史上最佳妈妈”！泳池区域棒极了，超出了我们的预期！游戏室是打发时间、享受乐趣的好地方，尤其是在下雨的时候。在大堂吃早餐时看到的景色非常美，我们19楼房间阳台的景色也无懈可击！总而言之，10分满分我给10分。唯一的小插曲是Wi-Fi不太好用。
总的来说，这次入住体验不错，以后还会再来，但电视总是出故障，没法正常使用。另外，淋浴时一直漏水，我们不得不把所有毛巾都用来擦干浴室。不过餐厅的食物超赞！费城芝士牛排薯条是我和我老公的最爱！很感谢那些为我们服务、辛勤工作的人们。希望那几个小问题能有所改进。除此之外，这真是一家很棒的酒店！
