I can’t say enough great things about Affordable Corporate Suites! From the moment I checked in, everything exceeded my expectations. The suite was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to feel like a true home away from home. Having a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and separate bedroom made my stay incredibly convenient and relaxing—it was far beyond what you’d find in a typical hotel.

Check-in was seamless and staff even accommodated me a day earlier than my reservation when I realized I booked the wrong date. I also loved how quiet and safe the property was, making it easy to focus when I needed to work and to truly unwind when I was off the clock. There are longterm tenants who live on the property. But this did not detract from the overall experience as the property is well managed and maintained.

The location was perfect, close to shopping, dining, and all the essentials, but still tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The value here is unbeatable. You get the comfort and space of an apartment at a price that’s hard to match.

If you’re traveling for business or an extended stay, Affordable Corporate Suites is hands-down the best choice. I’ll absolutely be staying here again and recommending it to anyone who wants comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

We were in Roanoke for a three-day conference at the Berglund Center. This affordable, corporate suites location was convenient for driving to the center and better value than other options we checked. Our suite was roomy and cleanly appointed. All appliances worked well.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had a kitchen and living room, and nice bed. Bed was comfortable. Two TV's. Bathroom was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was ADORABLE. Intensely clean room, very responsive staff. This suite was the size of my apartment back home and had everything that I could possibly need! They provide a small assortment of toiletries, but I thought it was really thoughtful that they include a toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a Walgreen's on the other side of the parking lot, so that's convenient. The motel itself is tucked into a quiet neighborhood that's off a super busy street, so while it was very quiet, the busy street was a little offputting at first. Don't let it fool you- this place is quiet and cute! It seems like some people do live in some of the suites, which seems to add to how respectful everyone is. You can hardly hear any of the other guests unless it's the wee hours and you're really straining your ears. The bed was comfy, the TV's get a ton of channels which is nice after a busy day in the city. Great shower that gets nice and hot. We had trouble with one of our TV's the first day and Donna and crew switched it out lickety-split! The location is convenient to downtown, the Roanoke star, hiking, shopping, dining, and nearby Salem, VA. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Really loved it.

The room was clean, bed was good, bathroom was clean & everything was what we always seem to experience.

The coffee maker was a disappointment, it came on for about 15 seconds then NOTHING! I will make sure to bring a coffee maker on next trip, not a fan of Kuerig coffee maker!
