The extra $6 for parking was unexpected and annoying (really, why? just add parking into the price of the hotel as there are no options to park around the property), but the place was nice.

Fire alarm went off thanks to someone smoking in their room. Interrupted by evening as we had to evacuate - glad all was ok to reenter

The property was very clean and well maintained. The front office staff was very rude and unwilling to answer questions. I had a double charge on my room that turned into a triple charge nearly a week after my stay.

room amenities, frog, dish washer, food service, m wave, set up for food prep, able to stay for extended period, roomy, suite with sitting, tv, work table, fix a meal. sleep, quite and clean... nice for our 3 days there..

酒店没有停车位，我们被告知“就停在路边吧”。我提到我们已经付了停车费，他们同意免除这笔费用。大约45分钟后，我们终于到了房间……地板上到处都是碎屑，床上也堆满了头发（短卷发）。浴室里也到处都是头发。我们要求换个干净的房间，他们却说“这里没人打扫，也没有空房”。他们说“我们会确保明天早上打扫房间”。当时已经是午夜了，我们奔波了一整天……我们告诉他们我们不会再住那个房间了，他们也退还了我们的房费。
设施很干净，我住的房间也一样。工作人员很友好。可惜的是，我们没能用上烧烤区，因为前一天晚上好像有客人用过，结果弄得非常脏，地板上满是油污和烟头，虽然当时还是中午，但已经很脏了。除此之外，我们没什么可抱怨的，只是建议他们能加强对那个区域的管理，保持清洁。
2025年6月，我们驾车穿越科罗拉多州，在这里住了一晚，体验远超预期。房间宽敞整洁，床也很舒服。早餐也很丰盛。酒店不使用一次性餐具和盘子，这点非常好。酒店位置优越，位于朗蒙特市中心，靠近超市和商店。酒店还有一个漂亮的室内泳池。但也有一些小缺点：酒店价格偏高（但该地区所有酒店都是如此），房间噪音较大（但这在美国几乎是普遍现象）。停车需要额外付费。不过我们下次一定会再来！很棒的酒店。
我房间走廊里的人工香料味让我感到恶心，呼吸困难。我联系了酒店，令人欣慰的是，他们重视我的投诉并解决了问题。我非常感谢他们！
房间非常漂亮宽敞，浴室宽敞，淋浴也很棒。早餐以美式标准来说非常丰富。酒店氛围高雅时尚。
我们很乐意再次入住。
