这是我们全家第三次入住这家酒店。前两次分别是在2021年和2023年。我想说,这家酒店太棒了!一切都很棒,食物、员工、服务!!这次我们到达时,由于预订公司的错误,我们被拒绝入住。他们不允许我们进入房间(尽管我们预订并支付了两个房间的费用!)此外,我们受到了羞辱,他们给了我们一张餐厅通行证,而不是用餐手环……我再说一遍,我们已经全额支付了两个房间的费用。我们不得不带着四个小孩(包括一个婴儿)以及身体不好的父母在大堂里坐了4个小时。我们不得不当场在酒店额外支付了近1500美元,这样他们才能给我们办理入住手续。此外,我想说的是,工作人员换了,不像上次那么友好,当我问发生了什么事时,他们说经理换了……食物还算正常,但不如上次那么美味和多样。房间本身状况糟糕透顶……肯定需要维修和大扫除。按摩浴缸坏了,很多东西都坏了。我唯一想说的是女服务员和服务员的工作。他们真的很努力,值得尊敬!!除此之外,我感到很失望。下次我们度假不会再选择这家酒店了。

床铺发霉,房间不干净,陈旧且维护不良。我找了三次才找到一间勉强能睡的房间。床垫上仍然有霉菌
