Everything was awesome. Only internet did not work here at all. Given that the trip was for 1 night only, I managed using the cell-phone data. Tried reaching front desk several times, they used to give a new credential each time that worked for few mins ALSO only 1 device, 1 user. In this world of IOT what does 1 device 1 user do?

The customer support was good and a there is a tamil guy who understands out problem and solved it smoothly and he take care very well but there is another hindi guy was irritating me like whenever come and go out he saying Tommorow 12:30 checkout like this he is irritating and kettle not working and landline was broken in room no 3011 and yesterday night was power fluctuations because of Eb that's fine and tamil guy only understood and solved or issue without any problem

I go in solo there is a long way back time ago and there the staff was just awesome and I can't forget their hospitality and their treatment ohh *** I love that I will never forget their sweet gesture against me and my pet and aswell i always travels with my pet cat.

Everything was on point with this hotel i really liked it, I honestly don't know why I was there but eventually at the end it turned out to be a great stay for me and If I get a chance to go again at coimbatore i would choose this property only it was really good.

Had a pleasant stay at This property. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was tasty and well. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby places. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I recently visited this hotel for a business trip and I really liked the hotel, the food was great the ambience was good and the staff were too much helpful, at the time of checkout they itself helped me in getting a cab , manager told his staff to bring the aut that was something I liked . Nice hotel

Good for short stay. Walkable distance from railway station. I enjoyed with some sports channels available on smart TV. Bath towel quality not good enough. Too big and heavy. Also soap for hand wash was not provided. Didn’t get a chance to do breakfast as I had to leave early.

Room and toilet are clean and well maintained. There is some noise from the fan inside. Not having enough parking it seems so parked the car outside the hotel.
