As always greeted with a warm welcome. Great atmosphere and super service. We had theTapas which was excellent, delicious and plentiful. We always go to the Georgian House for special occasions with friends and family. We now go more frequently as a couple because it’s our preferred place to eat and socialise. Wonderful food, excellent presentation, piping hot and perfectly cooked. All staff were friendly and polite as well as knowledgable regarding the menu. Our first visit to restaurant and certainly won’t be the last. Best food I’ve had in a long time.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Stayed here with friends before commencing the C2C bike ride to Tynemouth. The hotel is immaculate with very comfortable,individually designed rooms. Top quality bed linen and mattress ensured a good night's sleep before our endeavours on the bike. Great food both in the evening and for breakfast. Top notch cocktails in the bar. Staff all charming and welcoming. Honestly one of the best small hotel experiences I have had in recent times. Very pleasantly surprised.If ever in Whitehaven again for the night would have no hesitation in booking again.

Fantastic , superb dining , rooms great , we needed hotel after checking out of Queens St Bees , found a wee gem, so good we decided to stay another night

服务再好不过了，我们点餐的时候，服务员带我们到休息室喝了几杯饮料，食物准备好后，服务员把我们带到了我们的餐桌旁，食物无可挑剔，我们四个人都点了午餐盒，份量刚刚好，总而言之，物超所值，员工也非常出色，我们被告知那天晚上他们有几个实习生，但你看不出来他们为酒店增光添彩
热情的欢迎和一流的服务。房间设施齐全，浴室是我心目中的天堂，床比我自己的还要舒服。第二天的早餐让我们撑到了晚上。本特利是员工中最棒的男孩。不适合行动不便的人，因为楼上楼下都有很多楼梯。
绝对令人惊叹的地方！一尘不染的精品风格客房。它们总是看起来那么清新、崭新。豪华床单给人一种优雅的感觉，还有 Elemis 洗发水和沐浴露等精美的额外用品。食物也非常棒！我吃过的最好吃的牛里脊肉！
我们听从了别人的推荐，来到这家酒店吃饭。我们非常失望。首先，我们来到餐厅，被建议去楼上的酒吧等待餐桌准备好。楼上的人对我们说“除了靠窗的座位，没有座位了，所以就坐在那里吧”，非常不热情！！！！！！等了 40 分钟后，我们被带到了餐桌旁，食物很快就端上了桌。我们（一行 3 人）从菜单的 Munchbox 部分（一种西班牙小吃菜单）点了菜，因为有人告诉我们菜的份量很大，所以 6 份对我们 3 个人来说已经足够了。食物端上来时，份量大小差别很大，例如，排骨会给你一排排骨，而羊肉丸子只会给你一小份烤肉丸子。总的来说，食物相当标准，就像在家做的一样好吃。最让人恼火的是，我们点了一份开胃菜拼盘，上面只配了一小卷。吃完蘸酱的面包卷后，还剩下很多蘸酱，所以我又要了一份面包卷，账单送来时，我花了 2.95 英镑！真的！！！你怎么能解释这一点？餐厅里人来人往，工作人员根本不与我们互动，铃声不断响起，真是让人恼火。餐厅区甚至有人在办理酒店入住手续。这一切都不是我们所期望的，正如之前所说，真是令人失望。我可能不会再来这里吃饭了，除非服务和食物得到改善
