Housekeeping is only done every 3 days we stayed 6 so Housekeeping only came once even though we had requested Housekeeping every other day. Like what was stated in the room signs. One of the elevators were inoperable. And knone of the luggage carts were available. Also there was always a cad parked at the main entrance so loading, unloading was done after finding a parking place.Also we were staying there for a family wedding and my wife had the walk out the car in the parking her formal gown because the was car parked at the main entrance blocking me from picking her up. Im sure to most this sounds petty but I do try to be a gentleman and pick my wife up at the front door.

Loved my stay here! The bed was comfortable, great staff, delicious and generous breakfast options, free coffee & tea, free waters for the room, really nice place!

Was guaranteed a connecting room when we rang up 3 days before to confirm that everything was okay with the booking. Then we arrived we were told that we don’t have the connecting room and that they never guarantee rooms. They said that they had a stay over and that was why even though a connecting room was booked they couldn’t give us the room we booked. I find this highly unprofessional. Not only the issue with the room but also the elevator smelt TERRIBLE and only one was working.

在我们入住Home2 Suites期间，前台只有总经理助理杰克逊和那位年轻友好的女士态度不错。其他员工都粗鲁无礼，缺乏耐心。早餐服务员兰迪非常不专业，而且很粗鲁。我们以后不会再来这家酒店了。你可能会觉得，像我们这样多次入住这家酒店且入住时间很长的客人，应该会感到宾至如归，但我们却感到不受欢迎，很不自在。员工会无缘无故地对我们投来不友好的目光。
我们的房间里没有熨衣板，需要向前台索取。另外，自来水味道很差，我们只能喝自己买的瓶装水。还有，我们预订了两间房，本来希望是连通的，但实际情况并非如此。虽然我们在同一层，但房间之间距离很远。除此之外，我们非常享受这次住宿，以后还会再来。员工服务很棒，床超级舒服，每天早上在大堂享用的早餐既美味又方便。

不算糟糕，但酒店味道有点怪，孩子们抱怨了好久。其中一部电梯坏了，另一部电梯在我乘坐的时候卡在了楼层之间，有点吓人。房间里没有冰桶，我问前台，她说不好意思，冰桶快用完了。早餐不错。泳池很小，水很冷。最后没住进我预定的房间。大部分员工都很友好。
前台办理入住花了很长时间。虽然有两个工作人员，但其中一个看起来像是新来的，正在接受培训。
泳池还可以——我们带着小孩，但它并不适合小孩子。而且水是冷藏的。
床上的毯子款式混杂，而且沙发床的备用毯子和床上的毯子也不一样。一张床上铺着长长的羽绒被，另一张床上却铺着看起来像带枕套的床单。
房间真的非常窄。给婴儿床铺上婴儿床都费了好大劲才找到地方。
早餐很不错——我很喜欢菜单推荐卡——但是没有任何营养信息——而且工作人员对过敏信息一无所知。
房间干净整洁，员工友善，入住体验很棒。地理位置便利，靠近高速公路。
