Was terrible nasty sheet on the bed I ask for towels never got it I'm requesting a refund or another nicer room

Hot tub great. Heated pool ice cold! No one could swim. Room was clean. Staff brought rude and unfriendly. Bed little hard but doable.

Reserved a deluxe King room and was given a double twin room. Was told my reservation was only a preference not an actual reservation. No coffee or safe in my provided room. Doubtful i will return here or to another Wyndham property if this is the way they run their business . Simply unacceptable.

I wasn't able to check in because my 11-year-old daughter was with me. We were taking a family trip. I did not know that children were no longer allowed on the property.
I prepaid for the room, but couldn't be refunded.

Fitzgerald good for the price I guess
It was good the manager upgraded us because it was my husband‘s birthday and our honeymoon at the same time and our room was not as good as we would like so she upgraded our room for us. I really thank her for that but a lot of upgrades do need to be done to the hotel like the pool area and hot tub area need to be cleaner and the water need to be treated. I really wanted to get in the hot tub. A lot of work needs to be done, but my overall stay was really nice and I really thank her for the upgrade.

Fitz has changed for the worse
No iron in the room. No refrigerator in the room. when i asked for one i was told that i couldn’t one because they were only for the .8th and 9th floor and there weren’t alot available because they are phasing them out. WTH??
房间的设施不太多。走廊里烟味很重，而且非常吵。不过，工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好和热情。
一切都很棒，除了 Bitacio 非常脏。
