Booked the room to spend Thanksgiving with family and shared the 2 bedroom suite with our daughter’s family. Just a lovely way to be together. Staff was lovely, property was nice, close to things to do.

Nice staff, clean room, close to lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Bedroom could use more light but bed was comfy. Hubby enjoyed the free breakfast every morning

地理位置绝佳，员工非常友善，设施也很干净。床特别舒服！
总体来说很棒。
有一天，我们的房间没有打扫，我们以为下午会有人打扫，因为我们整个下午都不在家！
另一个小小的不足是，泳池到了下午还没开门，尽管开放时间是早上8点到晚上7点！我要求开门，结果在外面等了25分钟她才过来开门！
我创建了一张虚拟信用卡并在网上支付了房费，但到了酒店后却必须刷实体卡，结果被迫支付了两次房费。酒店管理层说正在处理此事，但一周过去了，仍然没有任何回应。
别耽误退房时间。
退房时间是中午，我们离开前确认过，所以早上去了街对面的儿童公园，10:30回来时发现钥匙已失效，房间也被打扫干净了。他们不让我们回去打扫。入住时间是下午4点，退房时间是中午，除非他们选择提前进入你的房间。
房间和设施都不错。员工还可以，但不太热情周到，而且都在用手机看电视/视频。
很棒的地方，服务好，房间干净舒适，位置优越👍👌
