This hotel was great! Newly renovated, spacious rooms and convenient location. Also, lots of vanity space which was amazing for three girls. The restaurant’s food and cocktails were delicious! Would definitely stay again!!

Me and my gf had booked a 1 bed room for our 3 year anniversary, not only has the room been above our expectations and exactly what we were wanting, but the lady at the front desk (who has been working at the front all day Thursday, I didn’t get her name!) has been the most helpful worker I think i’ve ever seen in any establishment. She kept very friendly conversation with us and seemed very happy about us having our 3 year at this hotel, and even invited us to the snack shop to help ourselves to what snacks and drinks were there. Me and my girlfriend both decided that if we wanna have a night in Kansas City again, we’re going though with you guys just because this worker lady was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for the experience!

Clogged sink exhort parking fee. No help with bags. Creepy hotel. Staff seemed to blame everything on the age of the hotel.

我以前从未有过如此糟糕的酒店体验……下午四点办理入住时房间还没准备好，一名男子——可能是清洁人员？——早上九点直接闯进了我们的房间。他几乎没敲门，也从没说过“客房服务”。沐浴露的容器完全是空的，淋浴地板上还有一团不属于我们的头发。总而言之，这次入住非常令人失望。
地理位置绝佳。氛围很酷，艺术气息浓厚。喜欢这种博物馆风格和艺术品。办理入住手续有点慢，前台工作人员不太专业。
住一晚还行。但我觉得这家21c酒店算不上典范。房间干净宽敞，但离电梯就三步远，我整晚都能听到“叮”的声音。酒吧还把玻璃瓶倒进外面同一侧房间旁的垃圾箱里，非常吵。入住时房间里没有洗发水和肥皂，我不得不打电话去要。酒吧的饮品很棒——调酒师简直是艺术家——这是这次住宿的最大亮点。
