Close to an event we were attending. Saved us a round trip late at night and early the next morning. I was expecting a coffee maker in the room, but it did not have one. The hallway was loud with guests moving about. The beds were comfortable; nice walk in shower. Other than that, an average hotel room.

No coffee maker in the room and the coffee shop was closed in the morning when I got up. After ordring, I had to wait an hour for my dinner.

Wish it would have had a second chair to sit in since there was two of us and would have preferred to have a coffee pot in our room and a microwave as we were there for vacation and not ********

It was good for the price, but the 'resort fee' is pointless. Not truly a resort. 24 hour desk is not true. Gone from 2-6am daily and no coffee maker in room, coffee shop closed, no one at front desk, means no coffee if leaving before 6am.

The stay was great. I was in town by myself for 4 days. I did not need the hotel to provide any services for me. The hotel was well maintained and everything was great.

It was a beautiful room, comfy bed. Shower with built in seat was great for my handicapped husband. Wish there was a coffee pot in the room. The wifi was SLOW. Staff was friendly & helpful.

房间很干净，床也很舒服。客户服务在安全保障方面很差。入住大约3小时后，大约下午6点，我们开始听到走廊里有骚动。一个女人和一个男人在大声争吵。我试着打开电视，分散孩子们的注意力。他们安静下来后，争吵声暂时停止了。大约晚上8点30分/9点，声音变得非常大，令人担忧，于是我们打电话给前台。我们不确定声音是从哪个房间传来的，而且我和孩子们单独在一起，所以我没有离开房间去查看。由于争吵，我的孩子们在第一次大声争吵后就不敢离开房间去游泳。保安在走廊里巡逻，那个女人从她的房间里出来，开始对保安大喊大叫，问他们为什么在她房间附近。他们向她道歉，她当着他们的面摔上了门。大约午夜时分，或许更早一些，我被吵醒了，但吵闹声更大，伴随着尖叫、撞击和对他们儿子的威胁。我试图打电话给前台，打了30多分钟，但无人接听。我不仅担心自己的安全，也担心那些打架的人的安全。他们用力捶打墙壁和门。我不得不报警并拨打酒店的800电话寻求帮助。前台无人接听。警察来了，把那个男人带走了，但留下了那个女人，也就是那个施暴者。警察告诉她，如果他们必须回来，她就必须离开。我的孩子们整晚都很困惑和害怕。糟糕的经历。
