Was a wonderful hotel but was disappointed to wake up after an exhausting day to a Luke warm shower. We were in town for a concert at Spectrum and it was a very easy walk. Walk downstairs to the Red Eye for breakfast, so delish and the coffee was perfection.

The area around the property was a bit suspect. It's next to the bus station. People were hanging out on the sidewalk as you exit the building. The service was a bit slow at check in. At check out, I was unable to pull up the link on my phone to validate my parking to have valet retrieve my car. Valet was in no hurry to assist me and I waited 45 minutes to get my car.
The hotel and room were good and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room decor was nice and modern. Overall, I would stay here again but would hope some of the issues get addressed.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We received a free upgrade to a balcony room. It was spacious and the tv had a decent amount of channels. Food at the restaurants were delicious. Also, this hotel boasts the highest rooftop bar in Charlotte. Up the block is a Walgreens and also walking distance to other restaurants and venues.

From Mr. Franklin gtreeting us at the front door and pushing our luggage cart up to check-in because one of the wheels was warped and wobbling to Eric at the front desk so was externally personable. This was my first stay at an AC pellets but if this is the level of hospitality that I'm going to get every time, I'll definitely be back sooner them

Right in the middle of Uptown Charlotte so it’s near everything that you may wanna do or see. The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s no pool.

I know that the AC hotel has a wonderful rating, but the cleanliness level was disappointing. I had to change rooms, but the staff handled it without any issues and were quite accommodating.

酒店很新，过来看世俱杯订的，走路过去10分钟左右，非常方便，旁边就是山猫主场，酒店工作人员和房间设施都非常满意，床也很大。超出预期，停车还免费。适合自驾游路过住个1-2晚。酒店旁边吃饭地方也多，夏洛特是个精致漂亮的城市。
环境特别好，空间很大，完全加分项，赞赞赞👍
