We stayed at this Hotel for the Hornets Vs Chicago Bulls game. The location was great. All we did was walk across the street and we were there. The staff was very nice, and the room was spotless. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff is always amazing, friendly, and super helpful. This time around, it was a little less clean than it usually is. The floors were a bit dirty and the shower gel was empty. But overall, the location is great and the experience was pleasant.

Staff were very nice and attentive. We didn’t have any issues with anything. Valet was great until checkout day. That shift was a bit rude. Other than that, our experience was great. Would definitely return.

Room was clean but beds & pillows aren’t that comfortable. We booked for 4 guests, were only given 2 towels and had to wait a long time for more towels. Sink was backed up & didn’t drain which wasn’t ideal for a shallow sink. Need to take elevator to the check in floor and there is always a wait for the elevators. It was conveniently located but I wouldn’t stay here again given other options near by.

Even setting aside the friendly staff and the thoughtful welcome gift, what truly stood out during my stay was the overall quality of the experience. The room was impressively clean—spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably arranged. The amenities were equally notable, offering everything I needed without feeling overdone. While the service was already excellent, the combination of a pristine room and well-chosen amenities made the stay feel especially seamless and relaxing.

The room overall was nice and of course she got to love the views but, what was advertised as a single King room was definitely a queen. Regardless of what was told to me, I have a king bed in my home, and the bed in my room definitely was not that. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will probably be back there when I'm next in Charlotte. By the way my room was not serviced but this may be a new trend of service only when requested

酒店很新，过来看世俱杯订的，走路过去10分钟左右，非常方便，旁边就是山猫主场，酒店工作人员和房间设施都非常满意，床也很大。超出预期，停车还免费。适合自驾游路过住个1-2晚。酒店旁边吃饭地方也多，夏洛特是个精致漂亮的城市。
环境特别好，空间很大，完全加分项，赞赞赞👍
