The receptionist Niaomi was super friendly professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The English breakfast was fresh and tasty. The steak restaurant was a nice surprise. The scenery over looking the water was picturesque. To anyone visiting Canvey I would recommend the Oysterfleet hotel

Easy check in. Small carpark but adequate.
The room was good.
Looking a bit tired in the main building, the roof probably needs some attention judging from the ceiling tiles. Shame the lift is inaccessible after midnight.
Overall though it was good value for what we required.

Property in general was clean and the staff pleasant. Had issues with breakfast, the orange juice was fizzy and off so i advised staff. The apple juice had something floating in it. It was changed or removed but attention to detail needed. Rooms pretty basic for the money. Could do with updating. Ok for one night but wouldnt want to stay longer.

We were there for an event therefore did not go sightseeing. Yes car park was safe.

Have stayed in hotel before for family party and really enjoyed it great food and bar close too shops, would recommend it 👌

第二次入住了，很高兴地告诉大家，一切都很顺利。房间舒适、干净而且很大。有几点小建议希望能让住宿体验更上一层楼：可以考虑升级电视尺寸，因为房间很大；请检查一下窗户的锁扣，它们有时会弹开，导致外面噪音变大；还有就是，虽然每天打扫房间很好，但我认为如果只住两天的话，没有必要每天都打扫。

酒吧区只有食物的味道，空气很差，如果晚上要出去的话，根本没法进去。
