We had a fantastic stay at the Crossroads Hotel! Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, yet welcoming. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail.
The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, and we really appreciated how easy and relaxing the entire stay felt. The hotel amenities were excellent, and you can tell they truly care about creating a memorable guest experience.
We loved every part of our visit and would happily return. Highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!

这家十字路口酒店离一战博物馆很近，步行即可到达附近几家餐厅。房间宽敞舒适，床很舒服，浴室也很大。房间光线充足，但是窗户很小，而且位于房间的角落，所以自然光线不太好。所有员工都很友善，但是需要主动要求客房服务人员上门打扫。对于一家“高档”酒店来说，这确实有点出乎意料。利比酒店有很多空置的空间，我估计他们迟早会把它们填满。
本来可以享受五星级的住宿体验，却被一个极其粗鲁的代客泊车员（凯莉）彻底毁了。我把车停在前门附近，结果被她单挑出来当众训斥了一顿。作为惩罚，她命令我在众目睽睽之下自己代客泊车，而这个代客泊车员竟然帮白人客人停车。经理从未像承诺的那样打电话过来。
吵闹的女人。难喝的马提尼。
凌晨一点，我们窗外有女人大声喧哗。我们觉得她们可能是酒店员工。结账时我们投诉了，负责人很友好地免去了停车费。屋顶酒吧的调酒师根本不会调马提尼——简直糟透了。
这家酒店本身很有特色，维护得也不错。但是服务很差，从前台到咖啡厅，所有员工都态度冷漠，不愿提供帮助。房间价格过高，而且住了三天都没人打扫。房间里也没有咖啡。我不会再来了。
因为工作原因住过这里几次，但这里轻松的氛围让工作之余的时光也变得非常愉快。附近晚上有不错的餐饮选择，白天则需要稍微走几步才能吃到。堪萨斯城住宿的首选。
十字路口酒店很棒，我会再次入住。务必确保你的房间号是偶数。奇数房间俯瞰大堂，大堂上方有遮雨棚，会让奇数房间显得阴暗。
我会再来的！
