The room was neglected phones were not working which was not told at time of check-in breakfast was horrible called for service and was never helped and hung up on when making reservation staff was very rude and unhelpful my wife and I will never ever go to this Days Inn location ever again

The hotel was horrendous! We refused to stay. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were filthy! There was chipped paint, failing wallpaper, and water stains on so many drop ceiling tiles. The furniture looked like it had been dropped out a third story window and dragged back inside. Have ******* staff members LOOK at these properties. This place was the stuff of nightmares.

Worst experience ever and I could cry. Booked for my parents and when they got there,receptionist was so so unprofessional.Gave them a very tough time. The first room they got had no heat. We kept calling them and they never answered.My mom had to go downstairs and it took them about 2 hours give them a different room..As I am typing this email,it’s 12:14am and my parents are freezing in the second room also..Been hours and they just came in to adjust the heat..The bathroom is the most disgusting thing I ever seen.The curtains are all ripped.I don’t understand why this people will check us in a room like this.curtains are all torn.I can’t believe what I saw. Not worth a penny

It was terrible when we stayed there for 1 night. The room was not clean at all. My son dropped his ball and went under the bed so I tried to get it and I found a female underwear under the bed. It was late when we tried to book with other hotels. So we have no choice, we just stayed there to sleep for the night and we left right away the next day.
