Will stay again

Only minor complaint is the air conditioner was kinda loud when it was running.

Room was clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

I recently stayed at the TownePlace in Saraland for a week on business. I usually stay downtown Mobile, but this was closer to the facility at which I was working. The room was clean. The service was really top notch at the front desk (Thanks, JoLisa!). The free breakfast is what you would expect, not the best quality of offerings, but it is free. The only real drawback that I found is that there seems to be insufficient parking for the facility. If you come in late in the evening there isn't much parking available. If you are staying for any length of time in this area, I would highly recommend it. I used to stay at a competitive chain hotel across the road, but the decline in service made me look elsewhere for accommodations.

Fine for a business stay however the free breakfast was horrible so not a selling point. Egg items were dry and crusty in the first day, no utensils, no yogurt the second day,

Not happy this time

Previously very satisfied. This stay not so much. We were consistently told that the location was understaffed. Our refrigerator didn’t work and some of our groceries spoiled. By the third day, we finally got another refrigerator in the room. There was not enough towels. We washed our own towels and reused them. I think most of all the morning that we were checking out there was a staff meeting going on and I heard the supervisor tell the staff in attendance, please make sure that everything that they need is readily available because we don’t want to lose the contract with this company. Wowww!!!!! I will never be back to this hotel again.
