We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the excellent location of our resort in the heart of Salzburg's historic centre.Due to our location in the pedestrian zone, it can be challenging to arrive by car. As we were not aware that you would be arriving by car, unfortunately we could not provide you with specific directions beforehand. However, we would have been happy to send you a detailed description of how to drive directly to the resort to unload your luggage.We also regret that the layout of the holiday apartment did not meet your expectations. As mentioned in our online description, this apartment is categorised as a two-room apartment and is equipped with one double bed and a sofa bed. The apartment features one bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a toilet.Regarding the city tax: In Salzburg, we are legally required to collect this fee from every guest and pay it to the city authorities. 这家是欧洲连锁酒店，总体服务和位置都很好很好，因为带了孩子，酒店免费给我升级了房间，位置➕房间设施➕厨房是亮点，我们在房间里煎了牛排，楼下是熙熙攘攘的老街，感觉很好。附近有很多吃早餐的地方，不贵，所以不带早餐也是可以的。
就在老城区里，位置很好。但我们从匈牙利包的车不能开过去，得停河对面，拉着行李走进去。还有就是两室两卫的房，实际是卧室一张床，客厅一张床。一个卫生间，一个淋浴间。订了3晚，后面2晚想退不给退，不过携程承担损失给我们退了，退房的时候还收了城市税。另外一个酒店没收。

服务态度好，位置优越，房间整洁，厨房设施齐全，一切都非常满意！虽然周末价格略高，但绝对物有所值。
地理位置绝佳，环境干净整洁，设施一流。不过请注意，这里只提供一块香皂和一瓶洗发水，其他用品一概不提供。工作人员也非常友好！
房间很漂亮，设施齐全，位于老城区中心地带，靠近中央火车站，交通和购物都很方便。自助入住服务非常便捷。
我们入住的是一套两卧室公寓。公寓非常干净，设施齐全，住起来也很舒适。酒店里的每个人都非常友好热情，乐于助人。
在我们为期两周的欧洲之旅中，这家酒店是我们最喜欢的。它地理位置优越，位于市中心，厨房设施齐全，我们可以自己做晚餐和早餐。自助商店里有我们需要的各种物品。员工服务周到，而且还能洗衣服，真是太棒了。
我们在这家酒店只住了一晚，但住宿体验非常棒。在萨尔茨堡，你找不到比这更好的位置了。所有景点几乎都在酒店门口。
我对这家连锁酒店不太了解。不过，我觉得有点奇怪，酒店会给客人提供一份类似客房清洁清单的东西。清单上主要是提醒客人自行清理，并将垃圾扔到地下室的垃圾桶里。这倒没什么大不了的。反正我平时也尽量保持房间整洁。只是觉得有点奇怪而已。
话虽如此，我还是强烈推荐这家酒店。它非常漂亮干净，员工超级友好，地理位置也绝佳！
