Myself and several work colleagues had the pleasure of staying at Kings Lynn Caravanning and Camping park, during week times from Aug - Feb and it is a fantastic place to stay. Close to large shops and a short drive into Kings Lynn. The staff are amazing and can`t do enough for you, the onsite shop is really convenient and has a good range. During our stay we stayed in large 3 & 4 bed lodges and also in side entry Pods and Elite Pods and all were superb, clean, comfortable, tidy & warm. Overall really pleased with the site and would definitely like to return sometime.

Not sure about pets, but in cold, windy weather and rain, it was the most comfortable place to stay.

Stayed in an Elite Pod which was great, so much better than a hotel. Spotless, comfortable, good tv. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Home away from home
Yes it’s a caravan park, but the purpose built pods are amazing. Everything you would need as a home away from home.
A lovely stay for two nights. Felt safe within the park. Nice and quiet if you want the tranquility. The staff were friendly and very helpful as I had a very late check-in. Staff left instructions to find the key and directions to my pod.
My only advice is to take your own bath towels or ask the reception to rent a towel before you arrive. Nothing worse than a long day of traveling to want a shower and not be able to dry yourself off with wet hair.

We were assured peace & quiet (“we’re strict on noise”), and a 12 month season pitch with no restrictions, so we happily paid £2,450 for a pitch. T’s & C’s provided on arrival (31 Mar 2024) stated max stay of 28 consecutive days, no mention of how long to leave for. Run by a father and son. Site full of workmen (in touring and long-term fields), getting up early (5/6 in the morning) making lots of noise – breaking quiet hours stated in T’s & C’s. Had to move pitch several times but couldn’t escape noise which made it exhausting and miserable to be there. Season pitches in a mess, covered in dirty old Astro turf, or mud. Felt like a cross between a building site or travellers’ site, not a pleasant place to be. We stuck to the 28 day rule & quite often left for a couple of weeks each time, largely because we didn’t like it there. After 5/6 months, the owners started saying a season pitch had a max stay of 100 days but didn’t say or do anything else about it, or produce any official documentation stating this. We, rightly or wrongly, ignored them as we were sticking to the T’s & C’s provided and didn’t want an argument. Eventually it ended in two separate arguments with the owners. We said we’d “happily” leave if refunded the cost of the time left (c.4 months/£800) & they agreed but refund wasn’t given. Spoke to them again, and were suddenly told that we had only paid for a pitch up end of Dec 2024 (8 months)!! They do not do season pitches like this, only 12 month ones. Obviously, they had no intention of refunding anything and they were adamant we could not stay. In the end, we were happy to leave as it’s a noisy, uncomfortable site, with questionable management. Have sought advice on how to claim our money back through the credit card, have reported to trading standards, and will go to small claims court if necessary. We were warned by other long termers at various points to watch our backs as they knew what the owners are like. If only we’d known before we parted with our money!

酒店回复: This couple were asked to leave after another guest made a serious allegation regarding finding one of the couple in his vehicle! The cctv confirmed their allegation. This is wholly unacceptable and they were ordered to leave immediately. We had multiple issues with this guest throughout their stay. Serenity was restored once they left!

When we arrived we actually and genuinely thought we had come to the wrong place! Absolutely nothing like the images on its website! Our Initial reaction was tatty and dated, as we drove in we were struck by all the workman in ‘floris’ sitting around the cabins and outside smoking and drinking, then realised they were staying in them .. We were taken to a cramped space the corner of a field right up in the corner.. There was not an inch of spare space anywhere! Campers, tents, motor homes and caravans cramped into every nooky and corner of this smallish site ! There is little and no privacy for anyone .. My partner wanted to book two nights but was told it was a minimum of three nights .. So we booked a third night that we actually didn’t use. However whilst we were there we counted at least two camper vans they came and went after one night bookings … ripped off !! The site is literally on. Very very busy A47 road, literally a few feet away! The traffic noise is a constant 24 hrs day and night !! This is not highlighted on their website surprisingly enough! The showers were hilarious !! The shower heads dribble a few drops of water and have a timer set on them for a few seconds !! It’s hilarious trying to get wet enough to shower !! It’s like a comedy sketch!! The toilet blocks were clean enough but way too few of them for the numbers on the camp site .. All in all the site is tatty and in serious need of an overall, nothing like the website not even close, and absolutely never in a million years is a 5 star that’s actually hilarious in its self having stayed on good 2 star places haha I’d say a 1 star at best . Book here at your peril!!

Fab little 2 day break away. There was a good site shop with all essentials as well as local produce. Double bed in pod very comfortable but thinner mattress on sofa bed, as expected. Good internet access. Great location for visited local places like Heacham, Hunstanton and Sandringham.

Stayed for 2 nights in one of the pods. Fantastic camp site, really clean and well run. Very quiet at night, even with the road nearby. Convenient for King's Lynn and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best time here. Couldn’t have been more welcoming on arrival. We had four tents and really wanted to be together as we had a few children so wanted to be close in the evenings. We were given a lovely spot all together which was greatly appreciated. It was quiet (even though there seemed to be an event on, we heard next too nothing). The toilet and showers were immaculately clean. Shop was well stocked and the lady who ran it was so kind. Park was perfect for our 4 year old. We had a lovely day out in Hunstanton and Downham market, boys enjoyed a game of golf up the road. My blow up bed deflated the first night and you have a huge retail park 6 minutes away that has everything you can think of. Best time, not long enough though! Will 100% return. Thank you
