While attempting to checkout on a business day I was left standing at the reception desk for 20 minutes at 8am with no one in attendance. I approached a housekeeper after waiting 5 minutes and they called the person who was supposed to be in reception. He told me he was having breakfast and could I wait 5 minutes. I then waited another 15 minutes for this person to arrive. Meanwhile I’m keeping all my business colleagues waiting and will arrive late for meetings. Very poor customer service. Added to that after 2 nights I requested a bathroom service. I arrived back that night to discover no service had been done.
说实话，我非常非常喜欢这家酒店。地理位置绝佳，价格也很棒，卫生条件非常好，前台接待和处理事务都很专业。大堂宽敞干净，房间也很大。我一定会再来的，如果上帝允许的话。
条件一般，早餐一般。
