Key didnt work. Computer was down. No reciept was able to be printed. Then was told complete opposite side of hotel to go to get tp pur room. Also anta in the bed upon arrival. We come every year to enjoy callaway, always have a great experience...this year will have us shopping next year. Definitely down hill from previous stays.

The hotel was decorated beautifully and had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was like a 5 star hotel. Very clean. Jack at the front desk was especially good.

Upon arrival I was given a downgrade. After showing pictures and my receipt it was corrected.The room was not clean I had to clean the restroom and vacuum the floor myself. The carpet was dirty and had stains so did the chair…I made hotel management aware of everything.

Good and not so good
The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was below average, there was very low water pressure and the sink drain was clogged.

Hotel grounds were beautiful. Nice and relaxing stay with family. Would stay again but stay in a room with the back view!

It was really nice to stay with Aiden by best Western Warm Springs Hotel, we enjoyed the beautiful views and we enjoyed the gorgeous installations. Wonderful staff that cared about us all the time!
