Hotel was great, but the pricing was confusing. Advertisements from $253.00 to $529.00 plus fees and taxes.
Ended up paying $680.05 for one night. I was told that the valet parking would be credited back but so far I have not seen a credit.

Best Breakfast
Loved the stay at the hotel! It was within walking distance to soldier field, which was where my time was being spent in Chicago. Also the hotel breakfast was amazing, with so many different selections.

入住第二天，我们下午1点半出门后要求客房服务。下午5点左右回来时，客房服务还没打扫。之后，我们又要了毛巾，结果一个小时都没送来。于是我们又打电话给前台，他们又花了一个小时才把毛巾送来。
有人给我发短信询问入住体验，并说有任何疑问可以回复短信。但我的问题和要求始终没有得到回复。
我很喜欢这家酒店的便利，去周边景点也很方便。代客泊车服务有点贵，早餐很一般，而且有些长住的客人态度不太好。不过代客泊车服务很方便，而且他们总是能很快把车取回来！
酒店不错，但尽量避免住高楼层。
我建议尽量避免住靠近顶楼的楼层，因为屋顶酒吧的音乐非常非常响。我们住在三层楼以下，直到凌晨都能听到。
这是我第一次来美国。由于芝加哥是市区，我担心安全问题。但酒店周围很安静，很安全。你可以使用UBER去市中心。这次我参加了在麦考密克广场举行的国际会议。大楼西边通过天桥与酒店相连，非常方便，尤其是下雨的时候。
