The room was not very clean mostly the floor the bathroom was probably cleaner then the rest of the room.

The floor, counters and table were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The building smelled horrible from the get go and it was so unbearable that most guests complained. We booked our stay with Priceline and was told there would be breakfast, when I asked about it she said “no bfast, we just merged and changed our name, we don’t even have the dishes we promised”. 1 day hotel stay regret!

Went to bed with a 3 woke up to a 8
Checked in late(3am) the desk person was questionable. We were welcomed with their cheetah print underwear, wig half on, and poor attitude. The day staff was the complete opposite, nothing but good things to say. Room was good. Water pressure was low but water was warm. Furniture was beaten but comfy. Room was missing a tv remote but the desk staff were happy to give us a new one. Overall 4/5

The place is dirty and smells horribly. The carpets in the hallways are stained. There’s sticky nasty stuff on the doors and the doors to the outside of the building do not lock. The vending machine takes your money and doesn’t give you your drink. The front desk lady was no help.

Not a luxe hotel experience, but Veterans Boulevard in Kenner isn't a tourist mecca to begin with. This place is OK: room was clean, shower worked, linens were fresh. And convenient from the airport. In the French Quarter, you want fancy; but on a commercial drag in a suburb? OK is okay.

terrible, in town for business and had to move to another hotel. no a/c when I checked in(101 outside temp) was not even fixed till following day and was told not to complain again to desk staff, room had window cover (Blinds) hinge up and could not close down. sink falling off wall in bath room, stove filter cloged and coming apart over stove and vent fan did not work. floor so dirty I had to throw away by socks. Manager so rudd and mad that there is anything other than perfect, she thinks she is a warden at a prison some were and you are her inmate not a paying customer. Out side clean, hallways clean, lobby clean, rooms terrible. If you ask or bring the problem to desk you will be meet by manger telling you off and they fix when they have time witch seems to never be.
