Definitely will not be staying here ever again, poor customer service and lack of professionalism at its best, hotel room had urine in the toilet, dark urine! And left feces in the commode, then on top of that the toilet was leaking on to the floor. We asked for cleaning supplies which we shouldn’t even have to ask for those things considering we don’t live here but to make it even better they wouldn’t provide us any kind of cleaning supplies. Then every 30 minutes there was a noise that I’ve yet to figure out what the noise was but it was a problem considering my family and myself were needing sleep for the next day but this is a poor hotel and if I could take the star away I would and would definitely give a negative-10 stars. But of course they wouldn’t give us a refund or anything but that’s ok because reviews are for everyone to see! So everyone steer clear of this dump.

No top sheet on the bed, when asked a sheet, told they dont make bed up with two sheets. Expected to sleep under comforter rhat didn't look clean. dirty floor, two twoels, one wash cloth, breakfast, slice of bread, cereal and milk from the container. Wow. Shocking

Front desk attendant was super friendly. Lobby looked very clean and nice. Room is okay. Neds and bathroom are clean. Some stains or burns in carpet. Lamp is rusting and peeling (common from being close to the coast). Spots of condensation on doors when we got here and weird spots also on bottom of floor lamp (I don’t think it’s rust but perhaps). No bugs noted.

We were staying one night the day before a cruise. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. There was mildew on the bathroom shower grout. Only powdered coffee creamer at the “continental breakfast”. We will be choosing a different hotel next time we visit Galveston.

Property appeared to be clean, but found baby cockroaches and adults crawling, trying to get into my luggage on the desks and drawers area. I had a total of three rooms booked through ******* and one room booked separately. All four rooms had bugs had no choice. Galveston was sold out had to stay very unhappy bathrooms had mold bedspread had stains.
The staff were excellent!! They took care of everyone very friendly very helpful, the problem is higher up, not taking care of the property with the bug infestation. Breakfast was no protein so we had to go somewhere else to get breakfast.
Out of the four different rooms some smelled worse than others. None felt very clean. Was charged for five rooms on my credit card only had four. Used the Pay at the hotel feature from *******.

Staff was wonderful . I as leaving on a cruise but didn’t find out until check out I could have left my car there and they had a shuttle. But thankful I now know thanks to the staff. Room clean breakfast not so great waffles and muffins plus cereal only apple juice and coffee.
走进大堂时，有一股奇怪的味道。其他方面都挺干净的，但在电梯正前方一楼的墙上有一个莫名其妙的洞。早餐是典型的欧陆式早餐。旅行网站上说有室内游泳池，但实际上是室外的。我没看到有健身房。浴缸有些地方的填缝剂掉了。不过总的来说，我住得还是挺愉快的。
大堂有股难闻的霉味。淋浴设施很旧了。房间看起来还是脏兮兮的，而且景色也很糟糕。
Trip.com 预订的房间不对。房间无障碍设施很差，没有防滑垫。前台和经理也不太热情。虽然有扶手，但地板这么滑，扶手根本没用。
早餐很少而且很不完整。
