酒店位置到机场很方便。前台员工对一般问题帮助不大——我祖父来接我共进午餐时，他们拒绝通过房间电话或我的手机联系我（他没有手机）。幸运的是，我碰巧去前台问问题，发现他正坐在大堂等我，因为他们不肯帮他。我完全理解保密规定——我自己也曾拥有过度假村——但他们本可以打酒店电话通知我有客人来访，而无需透露任何关于“我”的私人信息，他们只需要做这些。如果我没有在等任何人，我就不会去大堂。无线网络信号断断续续，经常掉线。电视每次关机后都需要“重置”。我的账单上多了一项未告知的每日收费，是使用客房内保险箱的费用——即使我没有使用。我不得不申请退款，这花了一周时间。抵达时浴室里的毛巾配置不齐全，我不得不去前台拿擦脸巾——浴室地面也不是很干净。“套房”家具陈旧、有污渍，而且非常不舒服。走廊需要好好吸尘。早餐种类丰富，而且很新鲜。这个地方很有潜力，只需要关心它的经营者。

The entire experience was unfortunate. I am uncertain if the front desk person followed me out to my car and watch me unload to be creepy or because it was unsafe. The room was filthy, the fridge had not been cleaned in a year, and the bathroom smelled like someone smeared poop all over. If I had not driven 10 hours that day and given the late hour I would have checked right out. Unacceptable, period. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

I panicked when I was called on the phone and was told my reservation was cancelled and she was confirming the cancellation. I did not cancel. I had just arrived at the airport.

My room was spacious but lacked enough trash cans and was out of tissues.

The bathroom floor was dirty- dirty tissues on bottom on shelves, . The toliet was not clean- the sheets were stained. There was mud all over the lobby floor and in the elevator.

I won’t stay here again. I come to Columbus to visit family every two months from South Carolina

We stayed one night.

Room was okay but cleanliness was an issue.

Previous occupant left drinks in fridge that were still there. Clearly staff didn’t look in fridge when cleaning.

A couple of questionable spots and hairs were found on beds.

It was a good stay overall, with no complaints. The breakfast could have been a bit better with their hot food items, but for the price we paid it got the job done.
