Wasn’t too impressed:( even though the size was quite good for us but the entrance to get to your room it was terribly uncomfortable felt like construction site. The AC wasn’t functioning well with annoying noise during the night, shower door wasn’t closing well and it was too tiny, barely can fit in, The bidet wasn’t working well.

I really wanted to love this property.
The good: spacious, bright, great view, walkable and open location with both canal and courtyard view.
The bad: the TV was coming off the wall with any slight movement and unfortunately had been unplugged and needed to be pulled out to be plugged in again. With two small children, we didn’t want to risk the tv coming off the bracket so we left I alone. We shared this with the owners who told us that the picture looks like it won’t fall so to go ahead and move it out slowly to plug it in. We didn’t come to Venice to watch Tv so we didn’t risk it.
The cupboard in the living room was off its hinges, if opened without quick reflexes it would have fallen on my toes. This was shared with the owner and we were told we would not be held accountable for it (as we shouldn’t be) and it would be fixed after our stay. we kept a chair in front of the cupboard the rest of the stay as a precaution.
There were also multiple other issues with dust and dirt throughout the house, missing pieces of items left for guest use etc.
The ugly: client service is very poor. We could not access internet on more than 1 device and were left with no support or solutions. The rep continued to tell us they never had this issue and did nothing else to help resolve or troubleshoot. They were more interested in making that point than helping.
