这是我几十年旅行以来住过的最糟糕的酒店。工作人员很粗鲁，似乎对工作感到厌烦。我询问早餐是怎么回事，他们说早餐要额外收费。这很正常，但我给他们看了我的*******预订单，上面显示双人早餐。工作人员辩称那是一个错误，不包含在内。我联系了*******，他们也联系了酒店确认我是否支付了早餐费。最后我拿到了早餐券，但退房后发现他们竟然向我和我妻子收取了早餐费。

然后我们的钥匙就坏了，试了三套新钥匙还是不行。他们说会进去修门，明天早上再修。我妻子下楼问什么时候能修好，因为如果我们俩都离开房间就进不去了。但他们一直没有下达工单。不过，现场的服务人员很快就上来修好了，说前台只要给他打个电话，他就会来。他们确实提供了另一个房间，但谁愿意晚上收拾行李搬家呢？

地板很脏，窗帘上到处都是污渍。真希望可以上传照片给大家看看。不要相信*******的评论，也去TripAdvisor看看真实的评论。很失望*******竟然会选择这家酒店。

So disappointed

The staff was the nicest part of the hotel. I rented a room to visit my friend who is currently going through cancer treatment. I’ve never been to Omaha so I could only go off of the prettiest pictures on the site. I was so excited to visit a hotel that I would normally see in Scottsdale. When I arrived, it was very far from it. The photos had to be from another location. The interior is very dated and not the beautiful modern dining experience I was expecting from the pictures online. It was the same as any other breakfast buffet style hotel. My bed had hair on the sheets once I pulled back the bedding. I got a two bed room so my friend could stay the night if she wanted so I just thought I’ll try the other bed but there was hair on that one too. The bathtub had rust and sludge around the handles. There was an empty box of tissues with one crumpled on top to give the illusion it was filled and the entire body soap was empty. Lastly the room was set to heat at 75 so I had to wait a few hours before it was cooled down. There was just no care put into the room whatsoever and I was so disappointed considering it was my first solo trip and I had been looking at hotels for weeks. There were two ladies I interacted with and they were very nice. The one I spoke to in particular when I was checking out was so sympathetic and kind to me. I didn’t say anything to them sooner bc the trip was all about my friend and being present for her. I didn’t have the bandwidth to worry about it.

This was a perfect stay. It was clean and quiet. We went to the bar for happy hour, but left after waiting 5-10 minutes without anyone in sight to serve us. Went across the street to Hook and Lime, instead.

The room layout and design are well done. Good lighting from window and nice downtown feel. Staffing is limited, no room service although the bartender did offer to run up a dinner order. They allow pets so waking up to a barking dog that was left in its room was a negative. The front staff did contact the owner and it stopped quickly. I did ask for a late checkout which was acknowledged but not passed off to maid staff, so hence the knocking before departure. Overall a good stay and would do so again.

Decent Staff dirty Hotel

The check-in process was substandard. They offered no water no extras for their guest rooms were a bit pricey for what you get. I brought it to the attention of the front desk personnel and advise her that the rooms were dirty. The sofas had stains and she said that’s just what it is. They’re working on getting it cleaned. I had hair on my bed. I’m not sure how they have a 9.0 rating, but the staff were decent enough. At least they acknowledge your presence but way over price for what you get.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious, but make sure to add the breakfast to your booking for extra savings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing i could “complain” on was the pool. It was extremely cold. My kids were looking forward to swimming after being the the car for 450 miles, only being able to stand the chill of the water for 5 minutes. I even got in and only lasted 3 minutes before my teeth were chattering.
