Very nice place. I have to mention Daniel who checked us in. Very helpful, polite and kind. I watched him interact with a gentleman and Daniel was so accommodating and helpful in communicating to this man who I think did not have a lot of $$ to stay. Daniel offered a few suggestions on other places. Daniel deserves a raise!!

Hotel was clean, but not customer focused. Pool/hot tub closed at 10pm (on the weekend), no exceptions. Wifi available only for rewards members, and breakfast closed promptly at 9:30am.

There was dead flies on my desk and bed about 100 different flies also I had to call for towels and lotion and shampoo

Absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Extremely accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

Front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Maid only came once. She emptied the kitchen garbage, did not make beds, empty bathroom garbage or bring new towels.

Great stay, felt like an upscale apartment.
I stayed for a 3-day business conference at the event center next door. I loved the connection so that i could avoid ealking outside. The gym facilities are good and the hot tub and pool were very comfortable. The 1-BR apartment felt like home. I even brought a few groceries from home and kept in the large fridge.

Sweet stay
Loved this stay from check-in to check-out! Staff were super friendly! Room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. One of the cleanest rooms our family is ever had! Beds were comfortable! Our only complaint was the pressure in shower and it didn’t drain right away BUT it was minor detail as everything else was great!! Unfortunately, we missed breakfast! This hotel was close to restaurants and shopping center!

Hotel areas and staff very nice. Wonderful room-clean, comfortable, well designed and updated. Beds and pillows comfortable. Did need a nightlight in the bathroom.
