This place was a complete let down. When looking at the pictures on line I noticed the rooms had a recliner and a small kitchenet. As someone who enjoys relaxing at the end of a long day I thought this would be perfect. Sadly there are no ZERO glasses, cups, or dishes in the room, not so they offer any. Oh don’t worry, you can buy a glass for $5. This is insane to me. The recliner was broken. They did offer to move me to another room but at that point I was already over this place. Walls were super thing. I could hear conversations in the rooms next to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The imagery online sold me, but the reality killed it.

I would have given it 5 stars for everything except a request for housekeeping was made at least twice and no one ever serviced the room. The property is very well maintained and there are great dining options within walking distance.
The housekeeping snafu is the only thing that was a issue.

Amazing stay will definitely stay again. The front desk lady was VERY pleasant. She informed me of everything really well and I will definitely book another getaway soon 😊

This property is close to many restaurants that are within 5 minutes. There are small, charming towns such as Batavia and Geneva within 15 minutes as well. Chicago downtown is a 45 minute drive if that interests you but for us that wasn’t the reason we were here this time.

I had booked a room with a kitchen, but they don’t provide any pans, plates etc. Kitchen is useless! Hate it when they fool customers this way. Last time I stayed at My Place

When we got to the room we noticed that there were stains on the bath tub, the beds were not very comfortable and we asked the front desk twice for some more shampoo and body soap which were never filled.
