This was my first time visiting Charleston and The Inn without a doubt the best hotel I could have chosen. My room was spacious and exquisitely furnished with old southern decor. The room was also quite well equipped with amenities. Belton at the front desk was polite and courteous. I'm very thankful for Tony letting us know about the breakfast service included with our stay. Amy and Renee were also extremely helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend The Inn to anyone, and I will definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed my stay! Located in a beautiful neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Charleston. My room was a King balcony which was nice to sit in a rocking chair and read. Hotel manager and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were impeccable and bed was super comfy. I will say that the walls are very thin and I could hear the people in the room next to me loud and clear. Not a reason to not stay here, but to be aware if you’re a light sleeper. There is a sound machine in the room so that helped. My room also had a small fridge & microwave for convenience. I would stay here again during my next stay in Charleston!

Excellent accommodations. Well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. Professional and friendly staff. A truly wonderful experience. Great location and close by Charleston. Especially a great location for weddings, honeymoon, special occasions.

A good place to stay
Cute, quaint. Would stay again. Staff great. Mattress terribly soft, staff would have moved us if there had been another suite available. Breakfasts brought to room each morning. Neighborhood safe and friendly. Bathroom cabinet could be touched up.

Charming
Super nice area just outside of downtown Charleston in a charming traditional neighborhood. Nice staff, beautiful room and balcony. Restaurant downstairs was a bonus. I didn't get to take advantage of the nearby pool as it was too cold. I'd love to stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! During an unusual snow event in Charleston, as a local that lives 30 minutes from work, I needed to stay close to my office. The staff was AMAZING, especially AMY! She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok during the storm! The rooms are sooooo cozy and comfortable.

A lovely quaint hotel with amazing service. We were there for a wedding at the I’On Chapel - walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was included with the room. The portions were very generous and very tasty. Dedicated parking spots were available for each room. That was an extra special touch !! I definitely recommend this hotel. Service was amazing - Amy was the best. She was very personable and ensured our stay was pleasurable.

Wonderful little place to stay. The surrounding residential neighborhood is also a very beautiful area with nice restaurants and safe and quiet streets to walk. I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are very clean. This is an older building with hard wood floors and sounds carry a little from room to room. So, if you stay here you will need to mind your hotel etiquette and respectful to other guests.
