We had a great stay! They were super accommodating and helpful....i.messed up and somehow booked two nights in 2 different types of rooms. They went out of their way to help up transition between rooms.

Was not pleased we couldn’t check into our room until 4:25. Check in time is 3. This made us 15 minutes late for receiving of friends for our loved one. We were immediate family. Very poor service trying to get a room ready for us. Was told they were full and no clean rooms. For 1 hour and 25 minutes??? Not Acceptable!

Friendly front desk, very clean shower with great water temperature. Easy access for streaming options, my only complaint is that i didn’t get to try the pool lol

客户服务一流。房间很棒，干净整洁，没有异味。泳池和健身区都很棒。早餐种类丰富，非常美味。酒店位置便利，靠近购物中心和餐厅。强烈推荐！
酒店大堂干净整洁，设施也很新。房间嘛……就差强人意了。地板特别薄，楼上走动的声音都能听得一清二楚。电梯里还有一股难闻的气味！房间浴室的照片在下面！
酒店位置不错，附近有很多好餐厅。中午12点退房让我们不用着急，而且还有丰盛的免费早餐。
