Was not pleased we couldn’t check into our room until 4:25. Check in time is 3. This made us 15 minutes late for receiving of friends for our loved one. We were immediate family. Very poor service trying to get a room ready for us. Was told they were full and no clean rooms. For 1 hour and 25 minutes??? Not Acceptable!

Friendly front desk, very clean shower with great water temperature. Easy access for streaming options, my only complaint is that i didn’t get to try the pool lol

There’s only one elevator working in an almost sold out property and the one that’s working is a little scary . The staff you have to wait for , they are not at the front desk at any point of my coming in or out

We visited here for one night for a concert in the area. The room and facility was clean. Update the rooms to include a fan in the bathroom. Update facility to include drink and snack machines. There were drinks and snacks avaiable in the lobby no regular drinks on diet. We were told they ran out.

property was nice and when you enter it smells so amazing and our room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice hotel other than the ac unit was very loud when it kicked on or off.
