Unfortunately my experience did not meet the standards I expected. The level of customer service I experienced during my recent stay was horrible. What concerned me most was not just the problems themselves, but the lack of attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to assist when I brought these matters to the attention of your team. Rather than resolving concerns promptly, I felt dismissed and unsupported, which negatively impacted my overall stay. Never recommending anyone here!

worst hospitality and management. Food was nasty and the staffs were rude too. The rooms were worst there are bugs around.

I don’t know why is your reception veryy weeek before also for booking i had to call like multiple times minimum 5 time the guy doesn’t know if the room are vacant or not very disappointed i guests need to come to hotel for the reservation part?

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your customer service. I have tried multiple times to reach out via email, WhatsApp, and even phone calls — yet received no response whatsoever. If there is no intention to respond or assist, then what is the purpose of providing these contact channels? As a customer, it's incredibly frustrating to be ignored completely when trying to seek help or information.
