Love the overall feeling I get when I stay at Hilton… just ad a complimentary breakfast at all locations and a little more lighting in the bathrooms, will be perfect place then !

Dirty linens, thin walls, we lost a necklace and contacted the hotel several times but they weren’t interested in helping.

Room was very clean and updated. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was amazing. It was quiet and in a great location. And the bed......I wish I could take it home with me.

We love staying here. This is our second time staying at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs and the staff is always amazing and the beds are so comfortable.
太棒了！一走进大门，大堂就弥漫着一股非常宜人的香气！周五晚上，餐厅里还有乐师弹唱吉他，让人感觉非常放松。房间宽敞、一尘不染，而且很安静。这次住宿体验很棒，我一定会再来的。
大厅很不错，但设施和国内同级酒店比就差多了

很棒的酒店，员工很棒，去富兰克林所有景点都很方便。而且靠近65号公路，去纳什维尔也很方便。
