Everything was excellent except the lights we had in our room. The light from bulbs in the lamps around the bed and in the sitting area were too low that it was difficult to comfortably read books and magazones.

We enjoyed the large room size and the breakfast options.We used the pool but thought the tiles and bottom of the pool were dirty. The bathroom in our room was not a clean as i would expect. The area around the faucet and the area in the sink and on the shower rails weren't clean. The worst though were numerous what looked like pet stains on the carpet in the room.

the tv was not working when i arrived. took two reminders and a lapse of four hours before it was remedied.

Best breakfast provided in area. Room cleaned every other day. Great location if using Mayo hospitals. Hotel shuttle top shelf. Drivers very helpful. Work out room spotless always. Best large lobby for use to eat order out or watch tv with refreshments. Parking inside if desired. Beautiful long trail system right out door for miles. I spent 28 days while having treatments. Hotel staff top shelf.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, the best I have seen in a long time. The room was clean and had more than enough room. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the free bottle water. Panera's and Buffalo Wild Wings next door was so convenient. Used the workout room, the pool and took a few trips down the walking trails right next to the building. Used the shuttle to the Mayo clinic which was right on time both ways and the driver was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay here a lot and would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend
We were staying for several days for Mayo Clinic appts and having the use of the shuttle was worth everything! Took you wherever you wanted to go and ran all day. Friendly staff, room was comfortable and breakfast each day was good. With the construction going on by Mayo it would be a nightmare trying to find parking multiple times a day all week. Only 5 minute shuttle drive. Trader Joe’s right down the street and very close to other restaurants. Panera shares a parking lot. Don’t hesitate if you’re needing Mayo!
