设施很好，酒店也很新，不知道什么原因入住的两天都很吵闹，每层楼都有很多小孩子在走道和房间跑来跑去，特别影响体验，建议酒店加强沟通和管理
很好，很棒。适合家庭入住，对孩子也很友好。靠近商场、水上乐园、电影院等等。

大堂的安保人员态度傲慢无礼，对客人很不友好。他们只对那些乘坐豪车抵达、被他们认为是“高端客人”的人才会笑脸相迎。
健身房的工作人员也同样傲慢，他们会用街边停车收费员那种不耐烦的语气，质问客人是从哪个房间来的。
我最喜欢温德姆酒店，因为它紧邻购物中心，而且泳池设施对我的孩子们来说非常舒适。
总体还不错。
希望未来会更好。

温德姆一直是我们全家最喜欢的，离商场很近，下楼就到了。
