Those sliding doors pocket doors are not like a standard door so I do understand what you are saying. If I can do something to assist in the future please let me know. 没有升级电视以支持流媒体服务
我的住宿体验还行。但是我再也不会住那里了，因为室内泳池很冷，当时大概有50度。
房间里的电视很旧，无法播放YouTube、Netflix、Hulu之类的流媒体服务，只能收看10到20个老旧的有线电视频道。我打电话给前台，心想是不是哪里出了问题。他们告诉我，他们还没有升级电视。都2024年了？现在还有没有这种功能的电视？我简直不敢相信。所以，我再也不会住那里了。除此之外，一切都还好。哦，对了，我们到的时候，他们的读卡器坏了，前台工作人员无法激活我们的房间钥匙，所以她不得不把每个人都单独带到他们的房间，这太让人抓狂了……不过前台工作人员人很好，很友好。

早餐很不尽如人意

前台的女士对我们很粗鲁，让我们自己去前台取毛巾，而不是直接送到房间。她还拒绝了我们延迟退房。第二天早上我们打电话过去，上午值班的那位先生帮我们延迟退房。

我们的住宿体验很棒，房间也很干净。不过，我们的床是全尺寸的，而不是大号床。早餐很棒。工作人员热情友好，办事效率很高。

当我们到达办理入住手续时，接待员告诉我们我们的房间还没准备好。她说 10 分钟后就可以准备好。她继续为其他客人办理入住手续。30 分钟后。我妻子请她查看我们的房间。她无视我妻子，开始为另一位客人办理入住手续。我走到柜台，问是否有其他人可以为我们办理入住手续。她告诉我需要耐心等待。有很多人可以晚退房。她又花了 20 分钟为她无视我妻子的客人办理入住手续。于是我走到柜台，说这种情况太荒谬了。我们带着 6 个行李旅行，而且筋疲力尽。她说我很粗鲁，而且喝醉了。当然我没有。柜台的另一位女士听到了我们的对话，并向管理人员报告了此事，她对自己的行为感到震惊。
我们和孩子们在这里度过了一个愉快的周末。服务很棒，但床不舒服，我觉得至少需要三个枕头才能稍微舒服一点。浴室的门很难关，因为它是推拉门，所以它总是关不严实。就算关上，也锁不上。早餐很差劲。
