I visit this hotel with my family room was okay and when I entered the bridge restaurant with my family there was so many staff those who are very friendly specially the sabina and Mallika Rimpa those guys was very nice their service was very excellent and specially thanks to Sabina who suggestion us good food to us overall it's a good staying hotel in Kurnool City

We booked this hotel through Yatra for one night stay with dinner and breakfast in Oct 2025. Hotel is right on a drain and stench is terrible. They keep spraying the scent to counter the stench. Rooms were slippery with excessive cleaning agents. Horrible part was the bathroom. Ceiling was moldy and towel hangers almost broken. No hot water was available even (surprising for a 4 star hotel) after letting the pipes flow for 15 min. Received feedback it was solar and the Sun is not up to the mark that day. They will provide bucket water which was also not hot. Very dirty buckets and looked as if its used for floor cleaning. When checked for refund it was a clear no as it was booked through Yatra. We had to check out and go to another hotel. Book at your own peril. Experience never to forget with two small kids.

Situated within a populated area in Kurnool. Overall experience inside the hotel is good. Cleanliness is maintained. Room is specious, but there is no window except skylights near to the ceiling. Food is good. Staffs are courteous.

This is one of the few hotels in Kurnool hence we had to visit as we had to break our journey. The AC wasn't working and tripped several times at night. Food was fine. Maintenance is not up to the mark. The staff is prompt but that doesn't work well if the up-keep is not good.
